Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we offer international shipping services to select countries/regions.

• If your country/region is not listed during the checkout process or if shipping options are not displayed when selecting your country/region, we are currently unable to accept payment from or ship to your location.

• All products are listed in USD and do not automatically convert to your local currency. SMOtopia does not cover any conversion fees associated with international orders. Any customs duties, taxes, value-added taxes, and any fees related to shipping services are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, SMOtopia is not responsible for any packages confiscated or detained by authorities or any fees associated with international obligations.

• In the event that a package incurs additional shipping charges due to reasons such as customs refusal, incorrect address delivery, or being returned to the sender by the customer, these additional charges will be deducted from the original payment.

• If you are shipping to an area outside the United States, we strongly recommend contacting your local government for more rules and regulations regarding e-cigarettes and e-cigarette products.
