Can I cancel my order?

• After placing an order, we are unable to modify it, but we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or make adjustments. We do have a limited window of time before our shipping department begins processing orders where we may attempt to cancel the order.

• Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you wish to return the merchandise, please contact us at info@smotopia.com after receiving the package. We will then be able to assist you with the return process.
